Clean nicely kept office unit with rear garage space with overhead door. The unit has three separate office areas. Upon entry is reception office with single window. To the right is private office with double window. At the rear is a windowless office/work area. The unit has one half bath and two assigned parking spaces in the rear of the building. The rear parking lot is gated and the gate is locked every night. There are security cameras monitoring the front and rear of the property at all times. This unit and the other nine units are all outfitted with a dusk to dawn front door lights that with built-in security cameras. This front door light/camera rings your cell phone like a doorbell when someone is at the front door. The light/camera is also equiped with two-way communication so you can press a button on your phone and talk to whoever is at the front door as well as see them at the front door while you are talking to them. Most tenants keep their front doors locked so this is a convenient feature to know who is at the front door. Full security camera features require subscribing to the service which is $59 annually. The camera recordings are private to each unit.
