I spend way too much time looking through local news, development filings and what’s coming soon, but honestly, I love finding things before everyone is talking about them.

And there are a few really good ones today.

South Florida never seems to sit still.

From a longtime Boca Raton favorite moving to a new home to new restaurants, retail openings and waterfront development news farther north, there is always something changing between Boca Raton, Delray Beach and the Palm Beaches.
