Boca Green Market Is Back — With a New East Boca Location
A familiar Boca Raton Sunday tradition returns today with one significant change: Boca Green Market has moved.
The market begins its 2026–2027 season at 5th Avenue Shops, 1954 NE 5th Avenue in East Boca Raton, after operating at Royal Palm Place last season.
More than 60 local vendors are expected, with fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, prepared foods and artisan products.
The market is scheduled to run Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through May 2, 2027.
For anyone whose Sunday routine included stopping at the old location, this is one Boca Raton update worth saving.
Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival Returns This Weekend
Downtown Delray Beach is having another busy weekend.
The 31st Annual Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival continues today near Atlantic Avenue, bringing artists and vendors to NE 4th Avenue.
Events like this continue to reinforce one of the things that makes downtown Delray distinctive: Atlantic Avenue isn't simply a restaurant and nightlife district. The surrounding streets regularly become part of the city's broader pedestrian-oriented lifestyle.
For buyers considering downtown Delray Beach, that walkability and year-round calendar of events remain an important part of the area's appeal.
World Market Opens in Palm Beach Gardens
Palm Beach Gardens has another new retail arrival.
World Market is celebrating the grand opening of its new location at Prosperity Centre, 2420 PGA Boulevard.
The retailer is known for furniture, décor, specialty foods and globally inspired home accessories.

A New Café Is Planned for the Northlake Boulevard Corridor
Another restaurant concept appears to be headed to the Palm Beach Gardens/North Palm Beach area.
Bakehouse Cafe & Kitchen has filed plans for approximately 3,200 square feet at Northlake Gardens on Northlake Boulevard, including outdoor patio seating.
This one comes with an important distinction:
It is in the planning/permitting stage and is not open yet.
Restaurant filings are worth watching because they often reveal what's coming to a neighborhood well before an opening date appears on social media.
A Plant-Based Caribbean Concept Is Coming to Clematis Street
Downtown West Palm Beach continues to add new dining concepts.
Crown Caribbean is preparing a location at Hacienda, 522 Clematis Street.
The restaurant describes its concept as plant-based Caribbean cuisine featuring organic ingredients, handcrafted elixirs and a seed-oil-free menu.
It's another addition to watch as Clematis Street continues evolving alongside the enormous amount of investment taking place throughout Downtown West Palm Beach.
A Hamptons Café Is Coming to the West Palm Beach Waterfront
This may be today's most interesting luxury real estate and lifestyle crossover.
Tutto Caffe, the Italian café concept with roots in East Hampton, is coming to South Flagler House at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
Related Ross announced that Tutto Caffe will occupy approximately 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, with an opening targeted for Fall 2027.
The announcement is notable beyond the restaurant itself.
South Flagler Drive is increasingly becoming its own luxury residential and lifestyle corridor, and restaurant concepts associated with markets such as the Hamptons fit directly into the type of clientele developers are targeting in West Palm Beach.
